Dutch Course for Beginners

Course description

This course will start on Tuesday February 11th 2025 with the last class on Tuesday June 17th and the final exam on June 24th at 19.00. You will have one class of 2 hours per week on Tuesday evenings from 19.00 to 21.00. This offline course covers the basics of learning the Dutch language. You will develop all relevant skills: writing, reading, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary. A minimum effort is required to pass the course: → Make four hours of homework every week. → Miss no more than three classes. → Make all writing assignments and pass the final test. You will need to order the book 'Nederlands in Gang' from Coutinho separately. We will cover the first 9 chapters in the A1 course and the second 9 chapters in the A2 course. Please reflect if this course fits your needs: → You've read through our FAQ and are aware what kind of course you're registering for. → You're able to study homework prior to the class by yourself. → You have the time to commit to 4 hours of preparation per week. → You're familiar with the English language. This course is set up as an offline course. Please read our terms and services carefully. Some of the most important points: → If you choose to pay in installments, you take out a loan with International Center. If you are unable to finish the course, you are still obligated to fulfill the payments. → Refunds cannot be provided in case this course's format changes due to force majeur. → We have a refund/cancellation policy, please read it carefully before booking so you are properly informed. → The course fee excludes the book of Coutinho that we use during class.
