Every action taken is guided by our shared commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for internationals. To protect our non-profit ideology, we must live up to our terms and conditions.

Terms & conditions

Standard Dutch regulations apply to the purchase of a Dutch course. You have the right to reconsider your online purchase within 14 days, unless the service has already started or will start within two weeks. If you wish to cancel within 14 days, please inform us in writing. This will result in withdrawal from the course. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you choose to pay in instalments, the remaining amount is considered a loan from International Center Netherlands. If you are unable to complete the course, you are legally obligated to pay the full course fee.
By completing the payment, you have the right to attend eighteen lessons, scheduled on set dates determined by the teacher. Dates and times may change based on teacher availability.
You are expected to attend at least 80% of the classes and complete the weekly assigned homework. Failure to meet this guideline may result in expulsion from the course.
You are expected to arrive on time or inform the teacher in advance if you will be late or absent.
The full course price includes additional activities related to the language course (e.g., welcome activity, farewell drinks).
The study book is not included in the course price.
Sharing or distributing course materials in any form is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion from all courses provided by International Center Netherlands. Refunds will not be given in such cases.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that International Center Netherlands is not responsible for the language level achieved at the end of the course, as success depends on your own effort.
International Center Netherlands is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings.
