We provide affordable group classes from A1 to B1 level with groups of 10 to 16 students. We make use of our own learning method with extensive grammar explanation. Our teaching material consists of a textbook, including online exercises, and a well-structured homework and grammar overview. The courses are taught from English to Dutch: a good command of English language is mandatory.

Learning Dutch can be difficult, but we are here to help you understand the language, and train you to become a confident speaker in Dutch. Our lessons are interactive, fun, and focus on grammar, speaking, listening and writing. The pace of our courses is quite high, and learning a language is often underestimated. It takes a lot of time and effort. In the CEFR (see website) it is stated that you need to spend 80 - 100 hours to obtain a language level. With us, the lessons and tests take about 40 hours, the rest is spend at home.

We expect you to study, and do homework, as preparation for the lessons. This takes approximately 3 to 4 hours per week. Please be advised, self-study is an important part of all our courses. This teaching method is called a flipped classroom approach: you come to class prepared, receive training from the teacher, and practice with peers in class. Because of this approach, we recommend you've completed higher education or are able to process complex information by yourself in order to join this course.
